A soldier from Essex is celebrating after winning this year's Britain's Got Talent 2016.

25-year-old Richard Jones who's a Lance Corporal in The Household Cavalry, wowed the judges with his magic act beating 11 other finalists to become the competition's tenth winner.

He received huge praise from Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon and takes away a two hundred and fifty thousand pound prize and the chance to appear at the Royal Variety Performance.

When Ant and Dec asked him how he felt after his win, he said: "It's unbelievable. Thank you so much.

"It's an incredible feeling. I want to thank everyone here and everyone at home watching."

The majority of prices will be plus vat at the current UK rate of 20%.
